PURPOSE: To attain the fine adjustment of the attitude change easily, smoothly and quickly by determining the time required for the attitude change in response to the attitude change quantity of a steering wheel SW.

CONSTITUTION: An attitude control device has a microcomputer 3 in a control unit 1, and a manual action switch 19 changing the attitude of a steering wheel via a manual action is connected to its input side port. The action switch 19 has a tilt-up switch 19a and a tilt-down switch 19b and outputs the pulses corresponding to the rotary action angle of a rotary knob. The output pulses are counted by an up-counter 31a or a down-counter 31b, and the tilt drive time is set to an up-timer 33a or a down-counter 33b in response to the number of pulses. A transistor 9 is turned on in response to the tilt drive time to drive a motor 21, and the attitude of the steering wheel is changed.
