Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attitude control method whereby a direction of rectangular flat article of books or the like can be efficiently accurately arranged in order during conveyance.
SOLUTION: A belt conveyer 1 with bar having a conveying belt 2 provided with a bar 3 orthogonal to a conveying direction on a conveying surface is used, when assuming μ for stationary friction coefficient between a conveying surface of the conveying belt and a rectangular flat article, α for acceleration in the case of accelerating the conveying belt, β (negative value) for acceleration in the case of decelerating the conveying belt, θ for tilt angle in the conveying direction front upward of the conveying surface, and G for gravitational acceleration, in a speed pattern periodically changed by including an acceleration part satisfying a condition of α>G (μCOSθ-SINθ) and a deceleration part satisfying a condition of -β<G (μCOSθ+SINθ), by driving the conveying belt, an article W mounted on the conveying surface is slid in the conveying direction rearward relating to the conveying surface, one side of the article is brought into contact with the bar 3 behind, so as to arrange a direction in order.
