Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the number of sensors and reduce the attitude controller mounting space by providing elevation driving means for driving an antenna for rotation in an elevation direction and attitude change detecting means for detecting a change in the attitude of a moving body in a yaw angle direction.

CONSTITUTION: Since yaw angle follow-up control means 4 drive an antenna Ant for rotation in a direction wherein the misalignment of the attitude of the antenna Ant in an azimuth direction with respect to a radio source is corrected via azimuth driving means 141 according to a change in the attitude detected by attitude change detecting means 30, the antenna Ant is rotated in the azimuth direction while interlocking with a change in the direction of movement of a moving body and the misalignment of the attitude of the antenna Ant with respect to the radio source is automatically corrected. The means 4 refer to the level of the received signals of a receiver BSR. When the level reaches a value not larger than proper one, the means 4 drive the antenna Ant for rotation within a given range via elevation driving means 151. Conversely, when the level of the received signal reaches the proper value level in driving, the means 4 stops driving for rotation in the elevation direction. Therefore, even when the attitude of the antenna Ant is a little misaligned, this misalignment is automatically corrected.
