To provide high responsiveness and prevent worsening of fidelity of an input, by providing a holding shell, enveloping the center of an intersection of each axis to be tiltable in a direction around three axes, in the outside of a rotary angle detection mechanism provided in each axis and a rotary support mechanism provided in the intersection of each axis.
When a holding shell 4 is rotated around a lever shaft 5 (z axis), rotational displacement is detected by a first rotational displacement angle detection device 7, when the shell is tilted around a first slit yoke shaft 9 (x axis), rotational displacement is detected by a second rotational displacement angle detection device 13 and when the shell is tilted around a second slit yoke shaft 10, rotational displacement is detected by a third rotational displacement angle detection device 16. By the combination of these rotation and tilts, an attitude change relating to a remote control device can be input, so that the holding shell 4 is tilted in a direction around three axes relating to the center of a spherical bearing 8 and rotational displacement is detected by the first to third rotational displacement angle detection devices 7, 13, 16.
