To obtain a sheet attractable to a surface such as of glass or a flooring difficult to peel off in a usual state but readily peelable at need without leaving a stain after peeling off.
This attractable sheet 9 is obtained by adding a foam stabilizer, a thickener, a cross-linking agent, a colorant, etc., to an acrylic-urethane-based resin emulsion, stirring the resultant mixture at a high speed, foaming the mixture to 2-3 times, providing a foamed emulsion 2, feeding the resultant foamed emulsion 2 to the surface of a printed fabric 1 running on a coating machine, coating the printed fabric 1 with the emulsion 2 while adjusting the thickness with a doctor knife, applying a scraper to the coating layer just before entering a heating drying furnace, shaving the surface, forming openings 8 in bubbles, smoothing the surface, initiating a cross-linking reaction during the passage of the fabric through the heating drying furnace and fixing the shape of the bubbles.
