PURPOSE: To make it easy that Gastropoda enter the inside of the title device and form a structure difficult to go out and improving catching and killing efficiency by providing inlets for Gastropoda such as slug in the contact with the lower side of a box like body and forming a folding part on the inside of the circumference of the inlets.

CONSTITUTION: A perforation 5 is formed into a prescribed shape in the side wall part 2 of a box-like body 1 and as necessary upper wall part 5 thereof. Then the Perforation 5 is cut open and folded inside and lateral folding parts 6 and 7, lower folding part 8 and as necessary further upper folding part 9 are formed and the lower folding part 8 is further formed so that the lower side 4 of the box like body may be folding line to form the inlets 11 for Gastropoda. Then a poisonous food substance for attracting Gastropoda such as slug or snail is arranged in the inside of the box like body 1 to provide the attracting and killing device of Gastropoda. Thereby Gastropoda are efficiently caught and killed, because the device has a structure in which Gastropoda can readily enter the inside and is difficult to go out after Gastropoda entered once there.
