PURPOSE: To equalize the supporting rigidity and evenly maintain a substance by providing on the axial line of cylindrical bodies an attraction port penetrating at least one of sides of a fluid transport pipe, and a pressure port communicated with the attraction port so as to generate negative pressure on the circumferential face of the cylindrical bodies.

CONSTITUTION: An even fluid flowing is fed to an upstream part 4 of fluid transport pipe body 1 through a fluid flow controller and a fluid transport pipe body connection pipe from a fluid supply source. The fluid flows downstream in the pipe 1 along the circumferential faces of a plurality of cylindrical bodies 6 arranged from the upstream part 4 inside the pipe 1 to a downstream part of the pipe body 1. The fluid, then, flows while being accelerated in its speed along the outer circumferential face of the cylindrical bodies 6 and generate even negative pressure in pressure ports 12a and 12b. Uniform attraction is thus supplied to an attraction port 11 communicated with the ports 12a, 12b, and thereby a substance 14 such as workpiece can be retained.
