PURPOSE: To realize the presence feeling intended by a software production side at individual user side excellently by recording/transmitting the real time processing contents of an audio signal for creating the presence feeling synchronizing with a video as an encoded control code, and on the other hand, executing an audio signal process considering every user specific reproducing emvironment based on the control code in an end user side.

CONSTITUTION: Video information on a video information storage 1 is edited by a video editing part 2 to be monitored by a video reproducing part 3. Synchronizing with the video, an audio material on an audio information storage 4 is first edited by an audio material editing part 5, and further, is signal processed for creating the presence feeling by an audio signal processing part 6 to be monitored by an audio reproducing part 8. The contents of signal processing and an audio parameter are encoded as the time sequential data in a control code forming part 7, and are recorded/transmitted together with a video signal and an audio signal after first edited.
