Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make in common the interleave processing of a PCM audio signal at the time of recording an SD video signal and an HD video signal in the digital VTR of a segment recording system.
CONSTITUTION: The PCM audio signal of 1 frame period is divided to N (=5) pieces of intervals. Respective intervals are divided to the groop of the sample of an even number order and the groop of the sample of an odd number order. Further, 2 channel PCM audio signal of 1 frame is recorded on 10 pieces of tracks T0, T1, T4, T5,..., T16, T17 consisting of 5 sets of 2 pieces of adjacent tracks among 20 pieces of tracks T0-T19 recorded with the HD video signal of 1 frame. The interleave processing to the audio recording interval of the tracks is made the same as the processing at the time of recording the SD video signal.
