Abstract:

To improve ice making efficiency in an auger type ice making machine, to downsize an ice making mechanism part and the ice making machine itself, to reduce the cost for manufacturing the machine, and to achieve stable supply of ice making water.

The auger type ice making machine includes an ice making mechanism part 32 comprising a refrigeration casing 33 cooled by a refrigeration circuit and an auger 34 having a rotary blade 50. In the auger type ice making machine, ice making water is supplied to the inside of the ice making mechanism part 32 to generate ice, and the ice is peeled by the rotary blade 50 of the auger 34 that is driven to rotate, and then conveyed. The refrigeration casing 33 is provided with an ice making water storage part 144 for storing the ice making water, and the auger 34 is arranged to be immersed in the ice making water inside the ice making water storage part 144.
