Title:
AUSTENITIC STAINLESS STEEL SHEET EXCELLENT IN ADHESION WITH INORGANIC COATING FILM AND ITS PRODUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3664537
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a stainless steel sheet having a surface from high in adhesion with an inorganic coating film by continuous production.
SOLUTION: An austenitic stainless steel sheet in which spherical pits are compactly formed on the surface of the steel sheet, the average diameter D (μm) of the opening parts of the pits and the average depth H (μm) of the pits satisfy the relations in the following inequalities I and II and excellent in adhesion with an inorganic coating film is provided: the inequality I: 1≤D≤5 and the inequality II: D/3≤H≤D/2. This stainless steel can be produced by subjecting a stainless steel sheet to alternate current electrolysis of 1 to 10Hz in which current density at the time of anode electrolysis is regulated to 1.0 to 10.0kA/m2, and current density at the time of cathode electrolysis is regulated to 0.5 to 3.0kA/m2 for 10 to 120sec in an aq. soln. of ferric chloride contg. Fe3+ by 30 to 120g/L.
