Abstract:
To provide an authentication apparatus using biometric authentication, configured to improve convenience of a user using a service.SOLUTION: An authentication apparatus includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring biometric information of a user; a storage unit for storing biometric information registered in advance; a processing unit which compares the biometric information acquired by the acquisition unit with the biometric information stored in the storage unit, to determine an authentication determination value based on similarity between them; and a determination unit which determines a service to be provided to the user, on the basis of a plurality of thresholds to which different services are assigned and the authentication determination value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
