Abstract:
To ensure security in a system for temporarily storing a package using a vehicle.SOLUTION: An authentication information issuing device for locking/unlocking a vehicle according to authentication information obtained from a portable terminal and issuing the authentication information for unlocking the vehicle in which a package can be stored to the portable terminal comprises: storage means for storing a package reception ID which is information for specifying a delivery destination of the package and a vehicle ID which is information for identifying the vehicle in association with each other; acquisition means for acquiring the package reception ID associated with a target package; and authentication information issuing means for transmitting the authentication information for unlocking the vehicle which becomes a storage destination of the package to the portable terminal on the basis of the acquired package reception ID.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
