The present invention relates to a communication station 3 which is connected to an authentication station 1 via a first communication network and connected to the other communication station 4 via a second communication network, and includes: an authentication processing means for authenticating an own communication station by exchanging information with the certification authority via the first communication network according to a predetermined authentication procedure; and an authentication start processing means for transmitting an authentication starting signal for starting the authentication of the other communication station via the first communication network when the own communication station is authenticated by the authentication station.
