The recording server 1 is arranged between a terminal and a terminal. A verification part 7 verifies a content of reception information received from the terminal and a transmission source of reception information. A signature part 8 signs effect that reception information verified by the verification part 7 is to be transmitted as transmission information. An accumulation managing part 9 accumulates and manages reception information and transmission information signed by the signature part 8. A retrieval collation part 13 corresponds to a retrieval collation request to accumulation management information from the terminal based on accumulated/managed information.
