Manager terminal equipment 5 acquires a list of a domain group and/or domain user from a directory server device 4 through a network 2, and determines authorization information to the domain group and/or the domain user in the list, and registers the determined authorization information through the network 2 to a user manager server device 3, in association with the domain group and/or the domain user.
