PURPOSE: To make it unnecessary to provide a special optical system and to execute a special operation, by providing a focus detecting part for receiving other luminous flux than an actual exposure luminous flux in a slit exposure and projection optical path to a photosensitive body, in a position of an equivalent surface to the photosensitive body.
CONSTITUTION: In a part which is shifted from a slit 12a of a slit plate 12 but positioned in a projection optical path 11, a focus detecting element 13 is provided so as to be position on an equivalent surface P to a photosensitive body 5. The slit plate 12 is bent so as to have a step difference 12b at the side of the slit 12a part, so that the focus detecting element 13 is positioned on the equivalent surface P. Therefore, an original image of a film 1 is projected to the photosensitive body 5 side, the focus detecting element 13 is positioned in the projection optical path 11, the projection is received on the equivalent surface P to the photosensitive body 5, and a focus state of the same condition as the projection to the photosensitive body 5 or a screen 4 can be detected. In this way, when a focusing operation is executed so as to confirm a focused state by the focus detecting element 13, a focused image can be viewed and copied.
