PURPOSE: To carry matter to be carried so that the direction not change before and after conveyance, by mounting a pivot, an arm fixed to the pivot and a finger, which is installed to a nose portion of the arm and turns synchronizing with the revolution of the arm to an auto-hand.

CONSTITUTION: This auto-hand is arranged by a pulley 1 for synchronous revolution mounted to a finger 3, a pulley 7, which is concentric with a pivot 6 and is fixed to a pivot guide 8 in order to function as a driving source for turning a rotary arm 4 for connecting the pivot 6 and the finger 3 and the finger 3, and a belt 5 for transmitting the revolution. When matter 2 to be carried is chucked by means of the finger 3 and carried to a point B from a point A while being turned at an angle of θ by means of the arm 4, the pulley 7 is fixed but relatively rotates at the angle of θ to the belt 5- that is, the pulley 7 turns the pulley 1 in response to the reduction gear ratio of the pulley 7 and the pulley 1. In this case, the matter 2 to be carried can move in the same direction at the points A, B if the reduction gear ratio is set to 1.
