Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auto tensioner which can improve workability at maintenance or the like.SOLUTION: An auto tensioner comprises: a tensioner support body 2 for supporting the auto tensioner 10 as a whole; a rotating body 3 which is supported to the tensioner support body 2 so as to be turntable with a circuit rotating shaft L1 as a center; a pulley 4 having a cylinder part 43 which is supported to the rotating body 3 so as to be turntable with a second rotating shaft L2 parallel with the first rotating shaft L1 as a center; and energization means which is interposed between the tensioner support body 2 and the rotating body 3, and energizes the rotating body 3 so as to withstand a force applied from a power transmission body via a pulley 4. When a rotation side having the rotating body 3 and the pulley 4 is located at a prescribed lock position with respect to a fixed side having the tensioner support body 2, a clearance between the fixed-side lock part 23 arranged at a proper position at the fixed side and a rotation-side lock part 33 arranged at a proper position at the rotation side is locked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
