To provide an autoanalyzer for easily determining analysis information on a standard specimen corresponding to a sample kind which is analyzable by using reagents set on an item-by-item basis of analysis without performing complicated input work.
This autoanalyzer includes an analysis parameter storage 34a for therein storing analysis parameters including a sample kind which is analyzable by using reagents set according to analysis items for a specimen, a storage medium 13b posted on a specimen container 13a with a standard specimen of a known concentration stored therein for therein storing standard specimen information on the standard specimen and identification information for identifying a standard specimen, a reader 13c for reading the specimen information and the identification information from the storage medium 13b, a storage domain determiner 35 for determining a storage domain within the parameter storage 34a for therein storing the specimen information read by the reader 13c based on the analysis parameters and on the identification information, and a controller 31 for storing the specimen information in the storage domain determined by the domain determiner 35.
