Abstract:
To provide an autoanalyzer that can extend the life of an LED light source.SOLUTION: An autoanalyzer of the present invention comprises: an LED light source that irradiates with light a reaction vessel storing a mixed solution of a specimen and a reagent; a photodetector that detects light transmitting the reaction vessel; a temperature measuring unit that measures the temperature of a space in which the LED light source is installed; a correction factor calculation unit that calculates a correction factor in advance from the relationship between temperature information obtained from the temperature measuring unit and absorbance information obtained by using the photodetector; and a correction unit that corrects the absorbance information obtained by using the photodetector during analysis based on the temperature information obtained from the temperature measuring unit during the analysis and the correction factor calculated by the correction factor calculation unit before the analysis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
