Abstract:

To provide an autoclave apparatus capable of performing a high pressure acid leaching treatment stably even if there occurs a fluctuation in a condition such as a composition, charge weight, slurry concentration or viscosity of an agitation-target fluid.SOLUTION: An autoclave apparatus 1 includes a reaction vessel 10 having a horizontal cylinder shape, in which a plurality of partition walls 11a-11e zone an inside thereof into a plurality of compartments 12a-12f and the plurality of compartments 12a-12f are equipped with a plurality of agitators 20a-20f, respectively. The agitators 20a-20f and electric motors 21a-21f therefor are all in the same specification. Inverters 22a-22f respectively control revolution of the agitators 20a-20f.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
