By the Web system installed in a storage device of a computer, there are provided a means which uses the Internet to accept the details of consultation, a data recording means which records the pieces of accepted data, a means which analyzes the details of consultation and calculates, a means which reads a solution from recorded data, a means which reads a past example similar to the solution from the recorded data, a means which displays these solutions, and a means which automatically delivers these solutions by Internet mail.
