PURPOSE: To facilitate carrying of laminated kits by providing a feeding means for indexing a supply means and feeding a preimpregnated composite material to a cutting means, and a means for cutting a cut ply according to a specified contour and storing each ply in each position in a layup.

CONSTITUTION: A preimpregnated composite material fed from a supply means and having a selected shape is cut by a cutting means to form a cut ply. Then, this cut ply is cut according to a specified contour, and each cut ply is formed of a forming gantry 40. Each formed cut ply is stored in a storing means 70 according to a position in a layup so as to be used in a layup (laminated plate) state. Thus, a laminated kit where all the plies of a specified layup are combined is transferred to an installing place for lamination forming. In this lamination forming, the kit is lastly hardened to be made a desired structure component.
