Abstract:
PURPOSE:To automatize an office work by arranging systematically the office work from the sides of a process and a work in which the said process is distributed and performed in each office, and relating a progress control. CONSTITUTION:The process in each office is stored at a process storage device 3, and the schedule table of the work to be processed in each office is stored at a schedule storage device 8. A process monitoring device 2 identifies uniformly the process storage device 3, and records the progress of the process. A schedule monitoring device 6 starts up each process monitoring device 2 designated to each work posted in a schedule, and receives a report whether the execution of the said work is possible or not from a started up process monitoring device, and controls the automatic execution of the work. The office work processed with plural processors, and through plural offices can be automized.
