Abstract:
To provide an automated driving control device capable of partially or wholly disabling control during automated execution so as to leave it to a driver's operation and capable of partially or wholly stopping the control during the automated execution in proper timing, as needed.SOLUTION: An automated driving control device for being mounted on a vehicle according to one aspect of the present disclosure comprises a surrounding information acquisition part, a driving mode setting part, and an automatic control part. The driving mode setting part switches a vehicle driving mode to a basic mode when preset basic mode switching conditions are established in the case where the vehicle driving mode is set to be a high automated mode, the vehicle driving mode is set to be the basic mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
