Abstract:
To provide a control device, etc. which can realize a situation in which a remote operator easily concentrates on remote control of an automatic driving vehicle to be an object of the remote control when the remote operator remotely monitors a plurality of automatic driving vehicles.SOLUTION: A control device 1 is used for remotely monitoring a plurality of automatic driving vehicles constituted to switch an autonomous travel mode and a remote control mode, and comprises: a vehicle specification unit 122 which specifies non-object vehicles except an object vehicle to be an object of remote control among the plurality of automatic driving vehicles when a predetermined event occurs; a control command creation unit 123 which creates a remote control avoidance control command to cause the non-object vehicles to autonomously travel to avoid a situation in which the non-object vehicles require the remote control when the object vehicle is controlled to travel in the remote control mode according to control of a remote control device; and a communication unit 11 which transmits the remote control avoidance control command to the non-object vehicles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
