A card for an account of a lost bankbood is inserted 2 to acquire the account number and the input of an identification(ID) number is received to identify the owner himself (or herself) of the bnakbook. When the owner himself (or herself) is identified, a customer name, an account number, a final balance, etc., of the account concerned are printed out on a new bankbook, data necessary for a magnetic stripe are also written 1 and the new bankbook is delivered to the customer.
