This device 1 is provided with a device main body 2 with a supporting table 2c mounting and supporting an object to be watered 4, a watering tank 3 provided higher than the table 2c of the main body 2, a watering pipe 5 whose one tip part 5a is connected to the lower end part of the tank 3 and whose other tip 5b is opened in the neighborhood of the table 2c, a power valve 6 opening and closing the pipe 5 at a position between the tank 3 and the object 4, a battery or driving the valve 6, and a timer 7 setting the timing of the supply and the stoppage of power from the battery to the power valve.
