PURPOSE: To have an end portion which is inclined against the advance direction of a tape, pressed and attached perfectly and without waste, by providing respective roller members rotatably and also, movably upward and downward in mutual independence.

CONSTITUTION: Respective roller members 24 of a pressing roller 20 are pushed and pressed downward by operating a downward force of a predetermined size against a bearing 30. As a tape 10 is being reeled out of a tape supply reel 2 at a predetermined velocity and with a predetermined tension, a tape affixing head 1 is moved along the surface of an affixing mold via a route programmed predeterminedly. In the case of the affixing mold surface having a curved surface shape, its difference, when the affixing of the tape is done, is absorbed by pressing the pressing roller 20 onto the affixing mold surface and utilizing the stroke of a pressurizing cylinder. Also, respective roller members 24 push-press uniformly the tape 10 along the curved surface by mov ing upward and downward in mutual independence, and pressing and attaching are done.
