PURPOSE: To invariably obtain an adequate ventilation state by also introducing the air outside a car room automatically when only the air inside the car room has been introduced for a predetermined time in an air conditioner having a control mechanism controlling the ratio to introduce the air from the inside and outside of the car room.
CONSTITUTION: The said device drives and controls a heat exchanger 190 in a heat exchange unit 1 via a control unit 2 based on the deviation between the preset target temperature set by an operation unit 3 and the car room temperature. When the car room heat load 490 is large, only the air inside the car room is introduced, and when the heat load becomes a predetermined value or less, the air outside the car room is also introduced automatically for ventilation. In this case, when the heat load is the said predetermined value or more, only the air inside the car room is introduced, and if this state is continued for a predetermined time or longer, the device automatically controls to also introduce the air outside the car room even though the heat load is the predetermined value or more, thereby an adequate ventilation state is obtained.
