Abstract:
PURPOSE: To maintain a specified film thickness of a coating material to be applied on a material to be coated without exchanging a nozzle tip even when the amt. of the coating material to be ejected per unit time is increased by wear of this nozzle tip.
CONSTITUTION: This automatic airless coating application device for executing coating by spraying the high-pressure coating material from the nozzle in a coating application machine 2 moved back and forth by a reciprocating machine 3 is provided with a means for calculating the amt. of ejection which calculates the integrated amt. of the coating material ejected from the coating application machine 2 installed in a coating chamber 1 and a controller 7 which sets the moving speed of the coating application machine 2 according to the integrated amt. of ejection calculated from the means for calculating the amt. of ejection in accordance with a preset integrated amt. of ejection to speed conversion table when the integrated amt. of the ejection ejected from the coating machine 2 exceeds the set amt. and outputs a control signal to adjust the moving speed. The device is disposed with a speed control means 10 for increasing the moving speed of the coating application machine 2 by receiving the control signal thereof.
