Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically correct a side deviation and an inclination of a mobile mold.
CONSTITUTION: A tilting plate 22 is tiltably attatched through an inclination- correcting mechanism 23 composed of an adjustable joint to the lower end of a pressure shaft 4. A thrust bearing 30 is sandwiched between an upper mold base 20 formed on the upper surface of a mobile mold 1 and the tilting plate 22 and both the members are fastened by bolts 31 and nuts 32. The thrust bearing 30, suitable gaps (G) formed between the respective bolts 31 and bolt through holes 40, 42, spherical washers 43 and 48, a spring 47 and conical sheets 44 and 49 constitute a side deviation-correcting mechanism and the upper mold base 20 can be moved in the horizontal direction thereby.
