Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the manufacturing cost of a cage from being increased, to prevent the rotation torque from being increased, and to prevent the lubrication from being deteriorated by providing a preventive structure to surely prevent a spherical roller to be rollably held in a pocket from being skewed.
CONSTITUTION: Projections 21, 21 projecting inwardly of a pocket 10 are formed on one side of an outward flange part 8a to partition one end in the axial direction of the pocket 10. One end face in the axial direction of a spherical roller to be held in the pocket 10 is brought into slidable contact with or close to the inner edge of an annular part 19. The spherical roller is difficult to be displaced in the pocket 10, and the generation of the skew can be prevented correspondingly.
