Abstract:
PURPOSE:To keep pressure response constant by measuring the inner pressure of a booster contacting with a load, comparing the pressure with a prescribed set pressure signal and executing operation for regulating the amplification gain of a servo amplifier on the basis of load system compressibility. CONSTITUTION:An actuator storking signal (y) and a booster pressure signal PB are supplied to an approximate differential circuits 11, 12 respectively. A synchronous pulse generating circuit 13 driven by a standard square wave pulse supplies a synchronous pulse to peak holding circuits 14, 15 to hold differential signals of the circuits 11, 12. These peak holding signals are inputted to a divider 18 through gain regulating circuits 16, 17 respectively and then applied to track holding circuits 19, 20. A y/P level held by the circuit at a half-period delay is applied to an adder 21 together with a base gain signal and the output of the adder 21 is inputted to a multiplier 23 in a servo amplifier 22 as a servo deviation input to carry out prescribed servocontrol. Consequently pressure response can be stabilized.
