PURPOSE: To automate fully an apparatus by sampling the predetermined amount of a sample by using a vibration base and a balance, putting it into sample cases and supplying the cases in order to each electric furnace for quantitative measurements of water, ash, volatile matter, sulfur, etc. by a robot.
CONSTITUTION: The robot 13 provided at a center part of the whole instrument, a sample movement apparatus 1 placing an analyzing sample plate 1a, a sample case movement apparatus 3 moving in order sample cases 3a, 3b... for measuring water, ash, volatile matter to the center direction of the instrument, an electric furnaces 4, 7 for quantitative measurements of water, and volatile matter respectively and electric furnaces 5, 6 for quantitative measurement of ash are provided. Furthermore, a sample case movement apparatus 8 moving in order a sample case 8a for measuring sulfur to the instrument center direction, an electric furnace 9 for quantitative measurement of sulfur and a waste conveyer 11 are arranged in a concentric shape. The cases containing samples are automatically moved in order to each electric furnace 4W7 by the robot 13 through the vibration base 19 and the balance 2, the operation is controlled by a measurement controller 16 and the measured result is recorded.
