Abstract:
To provide an automatic anti-adhesive agent supply device which not only can suppress operator labor and labor cost, but also can control concentration change in a stock tank to a proper range and can promote smart factory by automation of anti-adhesive liquid concentration control in a dip tank.SOLUTION: An automatic anti-adhesive supply device comprises a sensor 27 which measures concentration of an anti-adhesive liquid in a dip tank 22 or concentration of an anti-adhesive liquid to be supplied the dip tank 22, or both anti-adhesive liquid concentrations, and supplies new anti-adhesive liquid or water to the dip tank 22 so as to maintain the anti-adhesive concentration to a set concentration on the basis of a measurement result by the sensor 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
