Abstract:
PURPOSE: To completely automate loading and pressing of roll for dyeing of fiber roving by piling up an apparatus for positioning a vertically movable and horizontally movable tubular member into alignment with the axis of a reels pile axis or a basket rod axis and loading and pressing and holding the reels. CONSTITUTION: A tubular member 1 upwardly opened and equipped with a mouse piece 3 in the bottom is arranged movably in vertical direction and horizontal direction, and an apparatus for positioning the tubular member 1 into alignment with the axis of reels R on the carriage for withdrawing the tubular member 1 by a photoelectric tube system, or with a basket rod axis for the loading of reels R is provided. Furthermore, a cap 50 for piling up, pressing and holding the reels R in dyeing operation and a device for separating the cap 50 from a basket rod 7 are provided. As a result, the reels R of fiber roving can be piled up in a basket and pressed by full automatic operation.
