CONSTITUTION: This automatic apparatus for a stretching rope is obtained by installing the first guide rope travel region 3, the second guide rope travel region 4 installed connectedly to the first guide rope travel region 3, plural driven wheels for pulling the guide rope 2, stretched between the upper supporting plate members 10 so as to enable the rotation and provided on shafts arranged side by side in the direction to pass the guide rope 2 in the second guide rope travel region 4, the lower supporting plate members 11, arranged in parts at a lower level than that of the upper supporting plate members 10 and having one rotatably supported end, plural driving wheels for pulling the guide rope arranged on shafts rotatably installed between the lower supporting plate members 11, a motion transmitting device for transmitting a power of a prime mover 28 to the driving wheels for pulling the guide rope, a holding member for the driving part capable of holding the lower supporting plate members 11, the prime mover 28 and the motion transmitting device and a rope attaching part for supporting a cover at the rear of the lower supporting plate members 11.
