Abstract:

To certainly assemble a blade on an inner core as well as to certainly cut out the blades one by one.

This device has a cutting-out head 101 to place a magazine 93 in which a plural number of blades 22 are set in an accumulated state and the blades 22 set in the magazine 93 in accordance with rotation by cutting them out along curved surfaces of the blades 22, a position holding means to guide the blades 22 at a push-in starting position to an inner core 23 while holding their position as well as holding them at the position at the time when the blades 22 are assembled on the inner core 23 and a push-in means to assemble the blades 22 in the inner core 23 by pushing in them along the position holding means. The cutting-out head 101 cuts out the blades 22 along the curved surfaces of the blades 22, and accordingly, the cut-out blade 22 and the following blade 22 never interfere with each other, and they are never inclined nor fell.
