Abstract:

PURPOSE:To form a hub part and a flange part in one body automatically, by providing a hub part shifting member, a flange part shifting device, a flange part positioning device for positioning an insertion hole formed on the flange part in a prescribed direction, and a melt-sticking member. CONSTITUTION:In a hub part shifting member 11, a hub part 2 is fed in order in a state that a hooking groove of the hub part 2 is turned toward a prescribed direction. In a flange part shifting device, a flange part 3 is fed in order onto the hub part shifting member 11 in a state that its inserting direction is random. On the way of its shifting, a flange part positioning device 21 is placed, and when a positioning pin 28 which is rotated by 360 deg. is fitted into the insertion hole, the insertion hole is put in order in the prescribed position. Also, by an ultrasonic vibrating device provided on a melt-sticking member 33, the hub part 2 and the flange part 3 which is aasembled temporarily in a state that the hooking groove and the insertion hole have coincided with each other are formed as one body.
