PURPOSE: To obtain an automatic authorization device capable of generating abnormality without being noticed by an intimidator when the proper authorization of the device is forced.

CONSTITUTION: The automatic authorization device is provided with an alarm device 8 to be driven at the time of abnormality and a control device 9 for exciting the device 8 when a tester 4 is driven before the passage of prescribed time after the proper authorization operation of the tester 4 or when the tester 4 executes proper test operation or improper testing operation before the passage of the prescribed time. When an intimidated qualified person restarts the tester 4 before the passage of the prescribed time, the device 8 can be excited and abnormality is informed without being noticed by the intimidator. Thereby when the qualified person is intimidated, the intimidated qualified person informs the generation of abnormality under an unintimidated state.
