PURPOSE: To automatically, efficiently, stably feed bags to a support plate of waiting bags.

CONSTITUTION: A lifting feeder 5 which can move up and down with vacant bags placed thereon is arranged at the side of a feed base 1 and a sucking pad 6 sticking vacant bags 2a and moving vertically and horizontally is equipped between the feed base 1 and the lifting feeder 5. A low fixed feeding base 7 on which vacant bags 2 can be placed is arranged at the outside of the lifting feeder 5. Parallel both guide plates 8a, 8b are attached at both sides of the upper face of the feed base 1 or a plurality of carriers 9 approaching a winding- off roller 3a are equipped at the upper face of the feed base 1. Or a bag-pushing bodies 10a, 10b which are movable vertically and horizontally are installed in the fixed feeding base 7. Or the upper face of the fixed feeding base 7 is made long and smooth not only to parallelly place vacant bags but also to transfer the bags. Or the sucking pad 6 can be rotated above the lifting feeder 5 by about 180 degree around the rotary center O.
