Abstract:
To improve a production process in which an automatic binding tool device (ABT) binds article using a one-piece tie (OPT).SOLUTION: The disclosure relates to ABT for binding article using OPT. ABT comprises a guiding device for guiding OPT band part end around an article, a tension application device for applying tension to OPT by pulling OPT band part end in a tension application direction, and for pushing OPT band part end in a pushing direction opposite to the tension application direction after the tension is applied to OPT and a control device for determining a characteristic parameter related to the pushing of OPT band part end in the direction opposite to the tension application direction, outputting a quality check signal as a function of the characteristic parameter and a reference value predetermined related to the characteristic parameter to improve a production process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
