This automatic bookmark 13 is made up of a rectangular sheet of a piece of synthetic resin, and a second base sheet 16 is replicated at a first part 25a and a second part 25b to a first base sheet 15. In addition, the bookmark body 18 is configured extending from the first base sheet 15, at a second part 27a and a second part 27b located between the first part 25a and the first part 25b. Further, the bookmark body 18 has a pair of a bookmark piece 20a and a bookmark piece 20b extending from the second part 27a and the second part 27b, and these bookmark pieces 20a and 20b become close to each other in proportion to the distance from the first base sheet 15. Besides, the bookmark pieces 20a and 20b integrally connect with each other at each of their end parts to form an apex part 24. A crossing-over piece 22 bridging the intermediate parts of the bookmark piece 20a and the bookmark piece 20b, is attached.
