Abstract:

PURPOSE: To achieve a smaller installation space, an automation of loading or unloading of pallets and an even heating of a product evenly.

CONSTITUTION: An article is placed on a pallet carried on a carry-in conveyor 2 and shifted onto a rack of a pair of lift conveyors 13 of a box type oven 10. The pallet is lifted and hot air is blown from a hot air blowoff port of a hot air duct to heat the article and when the pallet reaches the highest stage, the article is shifted to a rack 17 of a pair of lowering conveyors 27 of a box type cooler 25 by a transfer conveyor 3 to cool it naturally. When the pallet reaches the lowest stage, it is delivered by a delivery conveyor 4. Then, the pallet is returned to the carry-in conveyor 2 by a discharge cylinder, a transportation conveyor and a supply cylinder.
