Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker for making a hard bread which is largely risen and has a good taste.SOLUTION: A part or all of a reflection plate 42 for reflecting a radiated heat from a second heater 4b towards a bottom of a bread container 2 is positioned between the second heater 4b and a rotational axis cover 40 for covering a bearing 41 and a rotational axis 6 provided in the bread container. With this configuration, the radiated heat directed along the rotational axis is reflected to suppress a heat transfer to the rotational axis 6 and the bearing 41, thereby preventing overheat of the rotational axis 6 and the bearing 41 even when a bottom of the bread container 2 is suddenly heated, and thus enabling an automatic bread maker providing largely-risen hard bread having a good taste.
