Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily make delicious bread stable in finishing using grains at home by preparing grain paste suitable for bread making without using wheat flour and/or gluten.SOLUTION: An automatic bread maker is structured so that grain paste suitable for bread making from raw grains is prepared without using wheat flour and/or gluten by crushing grains at a gap between a container 23 and the bottom part of pulverizing/mixing means 27 using at least raw grains and water as material to be cooked, so as to cover the pulverizing/mixing means with the material to be cooked to conceal the means when mixing a mixture of the pulverized grains and water. With the automatic bread maker, delicious bread using grains stable in finishing can be easily made with the grains at home.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
