Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bulb insertion apparatus which allows easy and correct insertion of a bulb, thereby reducing the number of rejected products as much as possible.SOLUTION: An automatic bulb insertion apparatus comprises: socket supplying and setting means which supplies and sets a socket; bulb supplying and inserting means which supplies a bulb and inserts it into the socket; socket bulb assembling means which inserts the bulb into the socket so as to assemble a socket bulb; socket bulb inspecting means 5 which inspects the socket bulb thus assembled; rejected product ejecting means 6 which ejects a product rejected by the inspection; conveying means 7 which conveys, for shipment, a product accepted by the inspection; and controlling means which controls each of the above-mentioned means.
