Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an automatic bulk specific gravity measuring apparatus for powder product which can automatically continuously measure the bulk specific weight of the product and accurately measure it.
CONSTITUTION: The automatic bulk specific gravity measuring apparatus comprises a sample vessel conveying robot 3 for grasping and conveying a sample vessel 2 filled with powder sample to invert the vessel at a predetermined height to discharge the sample, a funnel 4 with a damper for receiving the sample, a damper drive source 5a for pushing in and drawing out the damper 5, a sample sensor 7 for sensing the sample dropped from the funnel 4, and a constant-volume receiver 6 for receiving the sample dropped from the funnel 4. The apparatus further comprises a slide rod 8 for sliding on an upper surface of the receiver 6, a slide rod drive source 8a for reciprocating the rod 8, a constant-volume receiver conveying robot 21 for grasping, conveying and inverting the receiver 6 filled with the sample, an electronic balance 22 for placing and weighing the conveyed receiver 6, and a cleaner 23 for sucking the weighed sample.
